We’re supporting a global leading training organisation in hiring a Training Bookings & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Glasgow.
This is a newly created position, offering the chance to make an impact from day one. Working closely with training centres, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless delegate experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing inbound enquiries, calls and course bookings
Providing exceptional customer service to delegates and clients
Maintaining accurate booking records and documentation
Preparing course folders, certificates and training materials
Supporting internal teams with day-to-day administration tasks
Working independently while operating remotely from the wider team
About you:
Experience in customer service, bookings or administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work autonomously
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new systems
